My last day of NYFW was just that. I got to cover J.Mendel (utterly dreamy!), Milly by Michelle Smith (want it all!), & Vivienne Tam (so chic!). I wasn't satisfied with wearing this cardigan & jacket combo the normal way... So, backwards they went. Loved the added peplum effect. I did have to change into my trusty riding boots because it rained that afternoon. Wouldn't want my stilettos getting caught over slippery subway grates, or worse, go home with a broken ankle as a souvenir.
I also met my fellow editors Sylvia, Sam, & Odelia. We missed Amethyst (Chictopia's EIC) & Heather during our little rendezvous. But, I got to meet & watch the Rachel Zoe & Erin by Erin Fetherston shows with Heather. Not surprisingly, we were all talking a mile a minute -- it's what happens when a bunch of girls are experiencing fashion week for the first time & recapping about it over venti coffees. :)
